The blog tool offers three configurations tailored to the desired level of participation for your employees.

Standard Blog

A controlled and restricted blog where only people with specific roles can publish.

Configuration:

  • Who can publish? Only users with assigned roles
  • Setting to select: "Articles can only be written by selected people"
  • Who configures? Administrator or Editor

Community Blog

An open and participatory blog where every member can express themselves freely.

Configuration:

  • Who can publish? All registered users on the platform
  • Setting to select: "Articles can be written by everyone"
  • Who configures? Administrator or Editor

Community Blog with Moderation

A participatory but controlled blog, combining openness and editorial validation.

Configuration:

  • Who can write? All registered users
  • Who can publish? Only Administrator or Editor (after approval)
  • Setting to select: "Articles can be written by everyone, but articles must be approved"
  • Who configures? Administrator or Editor
